I hope you realize what Mr. Grundman was saying. Yes, his business is important to him, but if you follow his idea you will see that Grundman places his customers as #1 and by doing this his business is successful. Who do you put first?
Plus, you see he did not cut his advertising budget. Matter of fact he increased his budget. What do you think about that?
